With a background in stakeholder engagement, policy and communications, Sarah understands the importance of building partnerships across Government to deliver sustainable and impactful solutions.                                                          Having worked in, for and with Governments for almost 20 years, she understands how bureaucracy works, how to use influence to build awareness, acceptance and support and mobilise the right resources to deliver change.
Sarah is experienced in high-stakes, highly visible environments, providing strategic advice on complex issues such as energy transition, COVID-19, Cross River Rail and the Olympic and Paralympic Games. 
Her ability to translate complex technical matters into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences has been instrumental in influencing policy and investment decisions at the highest levels with industry, community and Government.

Josh O’Keefe

Josh is an experienced senior executive with two decades working in and around the local government sector. His passion is supporting Councils with strategy, advocacy, stakeholder engagement and delivering major projects and initiatives.                                                                 He has spent over 7 years as a senior executive at City of Moreton Bay, Australia's third largest local government bringing contemporary understanding to government engagement and securing millions in additional funding for high profile capital projects. He has delivered numerous advocacy and economic development strategies, delivered three Leaders' Forums bringing together all levels of government, negotiated major funding agreements through the SEQ City Deal, spearheaded a number of major projects and has led many major communications campaigns and crisis responses.
